Thanks to Matt Sweet aka Bad8 for the following information.

The part number for the scoop is F4TE-9E635-AA. This scoop can be found on 92 to 96 F-150's with the 5.8L motor, it sits on the top of the radiator support on the left side of vehicle. Intake hose size is 4 inch I believe. More info to be posted on parts and installation.
