Today I got my '93 MK VIII back from the body shop (I stopped too fast for the GEO Metro behind me last week). While the MK was waiting for parts to arrive from FOMOCO I had the MN 12 performance front roll bar urethane bushing and differential mount bushing installed along with the Kenny Brown front suspension support, lower engine cradle and rear torsional braces installed. I also had an agressive handling four wheel alignment per TCCOA (www.tccoa.com) specifications done. WOW! What a difference. Do not disregard these somewhat toy like bits and pieces - they greatly reduce funky body shake rattle and roll as well as increase traction and hook up. The car just feels more solid over bumps and much quicker to react to steering inputs without twitchy handling while braking on broken bumpy pavement. Next is the MN12 front suspension urethane bush kit (along with a new steering rack).
